The project brief was to primarily address the conservation of the Heritage Building. However since the Heritage building sits in the middle of a city site which is presently grossly underutilised, it was necessary to explore an overall master plan which will keep the heritage building as the center piece while blue printing an overall development proposal to address the needs of BITM in the long run.
